Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the payment date. Refunds will not be provided for work already completed or if the cancellation is made after the project has started.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a project, please notify us in writing. If the cancellation occurs before the project commencement, a full refund will be processed. If cancellation occurs after the project has started, you may be liable for partial payment based on the work completed up to that point.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval. Payments for completed work are non-refundable.
