You must provide all necessary materials, including domain, hosting server, logo, company name, images, videos, content, services overview, project descriptions, awards and recognitions, why us (company USP), company privacy policy, company terms and conditions, social media links (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X), color scheme for the website.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by DrawCodes Software Solution, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Payment Terms

Payments are to be made as per the agreed terms in the contract. The first half of the payment is due upfront, with the remaining half due upon project handover.

Limitation of Liability

DrawCodes Software Solution is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws applicable in the state of Thanjavur. Any legal disputes or claims arising from these terms or related to the use of DrawCodes Software Solution’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in fKumbakonam town. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts for the resolution of any disputes.
